SAT Math Score Advice

<p>I am in need of some advice. I received my SAT results back today and am unsure of how to feel about the result. I got a 730 in Reading and an 800 in Writing, but only a 510 in Math. I'm fairly happy with my overall score (2040), but the math score is very concerning to me. I'm a strong student with good grades (even in math), strong extra-curriculars, and a rigorous class schedule, but I'm worried that I won't be given a chance at some more selective schools (Boston College is my dream school) unless I retake the test and improve my math score. Any advice? Honesty is appreciated. Thank you!!</p>

<p>best thing to do is grab a blue book and do as many math sections as you can. learn from the mistakes, and theyll add up. Probably do a section every other day and youll see improvement in no time</p>
