SAT Math Subject Tests

Tomorrow is the test and I am feeling really indecisive. I have registered for Math II but I have no idea if I want to take it after doing some practice tests. I havent had precalc since freshman year and am now a junior. I tried brushing up on some of the topics but with aps and stuff i haven't had enough time. should I just take 1 instead? Or is it easier to miss 5-6 on II than 0 on I?

I say take IIC because the curve is a LOT easier than the IC curve. You can get 5 wrong on the IIC, and still get 800 while missing one on the IC will bump you down to 790.

Ugh it’s better to be unsure than cocky. I was way to cocky last year on my Math 2 and ended up with a 770.

But definately take Math 2 over Math 1 because you’ll get crushed by the curve. I wouldn’t be surprised if the curve was just as a bad if not worse than the regular SAT’s math section.
