okay.
First of all, I'm a sophomore who'll be taking SAT 2c math on May 7th;

When I first(1month ago) took SAT2c practice math test I got 800 (4wrong out of 50)
but I have Barron's SAT2c math preparation book;
and practiced couple of tests and got 740(10WRONG)
most are the things that I knew but somehow got wrong by my cocky attitude(arrrgg)
but no, that doesn't matter, I don't deserve to say excuses.

please tell me, I heard that Barron's was a little hard compared to average test books but
6 more WROng? could that be possible? or did I score 800 at the first time just by a chance of luck?

someone please help me! :(
Thanks,
best of lucks

Barrons is REALLY hard! I got a 680 on Barrons and a 790 on Sparknotes then a 790 on the real thing. I’d say you’re pretty set haha just keep doing practice tests (preferably College Board ones if you can get a hold of them).

I would definitely put all of the programs that Barrons tells you about in your calculator though! Those were extremely helpful (mostly because it saved me from wasting time on stupid easy math).

After I put myself through Barron’s-hell, I walked into the testing center thinking I would get a 600. When I saw the questions and how easy they were, I literally laughed out loud. You’ll get an 800, no doubt

Thank you for the replies!
You did let me out a sigh of relief.
but with my nervousness I will keep on practicing! Thanks guys and good luck to you all. :D

Barrons is impossible!!! I highly recommend sparknotes for both the studying and practice tests. I got an average of 780 on 4 sparknotes tests and an 800 on the real thing.
