Sat Oct. scores verification

I am apalled by my Oct. Sat scores. Here's my situation. I took my first SAT test this June, not good just 1860. Since then I have been studying Sat intensively and I could see that I had made great progress because I missed much less questions when I practiced it.
However, I am very upset now; I had devoted fair amount of efforts but I only ended up with getting *ed: I got lower scores for all the 3 portions than my first time. I am pretty confident that I only missed 1 question for grammar, but the report says that I missed nearly 10! So now I am considering scores verification. But I have heard that many students requested scores verification but CB did not even give a piece of * and did not changed their scores except getting more money. So is it a good choice that I order scores verification? I am sure that there are many students like me who DO NOT understand why they have recieved scores much lower than they had expected. Most of my friends recieved horrible scores like me, so it is said that the Oct. Sat scores test actually frustrated significant amounts of students.

Pay for it or not, as you like - but all you’ll get is verification that the reported scores are accurate. You’re not paying to get your scores changed . . . but if CB finds an error, they’ll correct it, and you’ll get your $55 verification fee refunded.
