SAT October 2009 Results Thread!

Yeah I was quite confident I hadn’t made more than 1 mistake, but I ended up with 750. I haven’t made 3 mistakes in any of my practice tests so I’m guessing I made 2.

Ok, so the math curve was probably 800-770-750, but 800-800-770-750 is still possible. The former would mean three harsh curves / easier tests in a row for October, at least for math.

I got:

M: 690 (730 in June)
W: 690
CR: 680

2100 Superscore! Cannot Complain

haha my score and scenario are exactly the same as the Original Poster.

2190 = 700 CR, 750 Math, 740 Writing.
I was totally expecting like 2100-2150 so this was a really nice surprise.
Still wish I could have gotten those 10 extra points to make it a 2200 though.
And I agree the math curve was bad both last May and in October. 2 wrong and 750 Math. Just a bummer to think that 1 more problem could have netted you 25 more points.

CC did pretty well!

CR 760
M 800
W 790
Overall: 2350

Congrats everyone!

CR: 790
M: 770
W: 800

Composite: 2360

^impressive!

CR: 770
M: 770
W: 790
Essay: 12

Meh…not too shabby. I really wanted that perfect score. Unfortunately, it will not happen in my lifetime. I probably won’t be taking them again.

im in absolute shock right now
800
800
800
80
12

YEAH
CC YOU ARE AWESOME
THERE’S NO WAY I COULD HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT YOU

=DDD

^holy effing crap
are you kidding.

Congrats!

Felt pathetic after receiving the following:

610 CR
610 Math
700 Writing

But then I realized that my ACT scores were badass. Thank god for the more reasonable alternative.

bsDBer2010 OMG that’s freaking crazy. Congrats!

CR: 800
M: 750
W: 790 e:12

2340 composite

Not what I was hoping for but I figured that would happen. I expected anywhere from 20-50 off on the Math but the Writing was disappointing since I never miss any MC in practice and I scored a 12 on the essay. Eight days until the Nov test… Can’t wait!

Congratulations to those of you who are very satisfied with your scores! Hope to join in that satisfaction come Nov 26…

CR: 550
Math: 770
Writing: 680 (Essay: 9)

Composite: 2000

YES!!! I’m soooo happy I broke 2000!!!

1800 –> 2000 :)

I must have messed up some bubbling because my writing score went from a 770 to a 660. -_-

CR went up 40 pts to 760, and math went up 70 pts to 650. Could’ve done better, but went up where it counts. Still disappointed that I didn’t break 2100 in one sitting, and I was really looking for a 2200+. But it is what it is…

Critical Reading 700 95%
Math 730 96%
Writing 770 99%
Multiple Choice 75 (score range: 20-80)
Essay 10 (score range: 2-12)

gonna retake yanywa. Had like 750+ on like all CR in BB, dunno what happened…

Pretty happy overall though :D

First try:
670 CR
700 M
680 W

This time:
760 CR (90 pt jump)
770 M (70 pt jump)
690 W (10 pt jump)

couldnt be happier. actually I could be if I get a higher score but im content nonetheless :)

i need to find a bridge to jump off of…

1st Time:
CR: 640
M: 800
W: 740 (68 MC, 12 Essay)
2180 Total

This Time:
CR:760
M:800
W:700 (68 MC, 10 Essay)
2260 Total

2300 superscored! I think that you people who complain about 750s are crazy.
