I was wondering if the people who only had 2 math sections remember answering a question about elevators, time, and distance (it was a graph)?

I just need a YES or NO answer! I AM NOT asking for the answer to this question!

There were two questions, they were numbers 9 & 10 in that section, that pertained to tracking elevators time and distance on a graph. That being said, sorry, I had more than two math sections.

thanks anyways. i just wanted to figure out which of my math sections doesn't count. anyone have only two sections?

the elevator section counted I had It too, plus I had 2 35 question writing sections and a 14 question one

Ps: on the second elecaror one, I'm pretty sure there was a error..

what type of error?

I believe they all count now. Its 3 Reading, 3 Math and 4 Writing?

no im pretty sure the question was right

I only had two sections

umm decimal error i dont wamma give tje question or answer out so i will just say this (2.02)

My Math sections were The Graph one, The Grid-in ones, and I remember one about an ice cream shop. I'm pretty sure all 3 count. The extra one was the writing one. Which ever one you have 4 of is the extra one.

omfg r u sure its section 4 thats experimental?? Cuz i had a 35q writing on 4 which i miessed up on so bad... 4 blanks and like 5 wrongs, but i had another one on 6, and i nailed it like only 2 wrong in that one no blanks.

So if 4 is experimental I should expect 700+!

the elevator one was 80 i believe and 3 stops?

No its completely random, but you should Have 3 sections of Math, CR, or Writing, and 4 sections of One of those. The category with 4 sections in it contains an experimental section.

correct patricklin, i got the same answers and Im about 95% sure i made an 800.

Yes .

u guys didnt nitice a typo in the elavator one?? It said 2 to 2.02 how do u get your answer (patricklin27) from that?

i didnt get 80 o.o

It wasn't a typo. It said 2:02, as in 2 mins from 2:00. So 120 seconds.

hows it 80

it said from 2 - 2:02. All 3 math sections counted this is the breakdown.

SAT Writing

* 25 minutes - Essay
* 25 minutes - 35 questions (improving sentences and paragraphs, identifiying sentence errors)
* 10 minutes - 14 questions (improving sentences)

SAT Critical Reading

* 25 minutes - 24 questions (sentence completion, short and reading comprehension)
* 25 minutes - 24 questions (sentence completion, short and reading comprehension)
* 20 minutes - 19 questions (setence completion, long reading comprehension)

SAT Math

* 25 minutes - 20 questions (multiple choice)
* 25 minutes - 18 questions (multiple choice, grid-in)
* 20 minutes - 16 questions (multiple choice)

Experimental Section

* 25 minutes - questions vary

does the experimental section vary? i mean, if 2 people had 4 dif math sections (let's say 2,3,4,5) would it be possible for 2 to not count for person 1 and 4 to notc count for person 2?
