Anyone know of any colleges which are SAT optional? Thanks so much.

Go to “fairtest.org”.

Here you go: [Optional List | FairTest](ACT/SAT Optional List - Fairtest)

Thanks so much.

keep in mind that MOST of these schools still take SATs/ACTs…Most students applying will send their SATs and ACTs… For instance, I applied to Smith College and Union college, and still sent my scores. Also, for some places (Pitzer), you have to be in the top 10% to not have to send in scores

the only school that does not take these tests is Sarah Lawrence

Colleges that are test optional generally want 2 graded papers. So, make sure you save everything. Don’t throw out a graded paper that might become an asset for college admissions. Yes, you can reprint it later - but will the teacher be willing to regrade it? Just save them.

Bowdoin:

“The submission of College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) or American College Testing (ACT) results is optional. Bowdoin adopted this policy so that applicants could decide for themselves whether or not their test results accurately reflect their academic ability and potential.”
