SAT or ACT AND SAT

<p>Hi guys,
I have taken the SAT and ACT tests. </p>

<p>SAT-
Math- 680
CR-500
Writing- 550 </p>

<p>ACT-
Composite: 25
Math- 34
English combined w writing: 21
Reading: 18
Science: 26 </p>

<p>Since I have taken two tests, I am wondering if I should submit my ACT score along with my SAT score.
My ACT math is in the 99th percentile, whereas my SAT math is only 90th percentile. So in terms of math, my ACT scores show better achievement.
However, I am worried about my poor ACT Reading and Writing score. If I submit my ACT scores, the colleges might think I am just a dumbass who failed to do well in both SAT and ACT. Would it give a better impression if I just submit my SAT scores? Guys please help me, I am really confused here.

<p>Some ivies, UC’s, Ohio State, Penn State, Williams, Colgate, UMichigan
My overall application is quite good but my SAT scores are way out of the reach for these universities.
I am an international student. So I hope they consider my A-levels and other academic success. </p>
