“In 2010/11, the number of international students in the U.S. increased to a record high of 723,277 students, a 32% increase since 2000/01. In addition, the most recent report produced by NAFSA: The Association of International Educators estimates that international students studying in the United States in 2010-11 received a total of $7.7 billion in financial assistance.”

The best advice I can give you, greatest person, is to go to the website of the school you’re interested in. They would generally have all the information regarding the fee structure. Though, the fees for OOS students is pretty high in state universities. Plus, financial aid for OOS students, again, is extremely hard to come by. You could look into some of the smaller LAC’s that may have sufficient aid for internationals.
