<p>ACT because it is actually easier and admission officers actually view SAT and ACTs equally, without the influence of its connotations.</p>
<p>I like the ACT because it is more straightforward with the questions. The only way to do well on the SAT is to study for the actual test. Whereas for the ACT you really only need to know what you should have learned already.</p>
<p>i actually feel the ACT tests your knowledge more and your ability to apply it with great accuracy, since it is so time pressured.</p>
<p>SAT is tricky, yet simple questions (but damn, they want to trick you so badly!). it is very dependent upon how much time and money is invested into preparation (unless the person is already incredibly gifted, in which case they'll succeed on both tests...)</p>
