Hi!

So I took both the June 2 SAT and the June 9 ACT this month and have gotten my scores back for both.

SAT: 2010 (total)
M: 680
CR: 640
W: 690 (8 essay)

ACT: 29 composite
English: 29
Math: 29
Reading: 30
Science: 26
Essay: 10

I plan on retaking at least one of them, but I am not sure which. The SAT was my second time taking it (1830 in December 2011) and I did about a month of prep with a tutor.
This was my first time taking the ACT. Honestly, I almost didn't even take it. I woke up sick the morning of the test and really couldn't be bothered. I kind of tried for the first 3 sections (English, Reading, and Math) but by the last section (Science) I had given up.

Although I did feel that the ACT was easier (especially the essay), I feel like the only thing holding me back form getting a higher score on the SAT is not making stupid mistakes and the essay.

So, should I should I try to study and take the ACT again in the fall or just work on not making stupid mistakes on the SAT?
