SAT or ACT?

Generally, what is better? Submitting ACT scores, or submitting ACT scores?

I took the SAT and got a 2060 (low) and the ACT and got a 31 (low too)

I haven't taken subject tests yet, so there's no way for me to retake the SAT I before admissions deadlines...but I still have one more shot at the ACT. Which score do you think I should submit, my SAT or ACT? (Let's say my ACT doesn't improve, which I'm hoping it will)

First thing you can look at is a conversion or correspondence chart between the two tests. Here’s one: [SAT-ACT Conversion chart](http://teachers.sduhsd.k12.ca.us/lccounseling/sat-act_conversion_chart.htm)

Also another helpful post in case your scores turn out to be similar or you can’t decide simply from a chart: [SAT, ACT? Which Exam is Best for You - The SAT, ACT, Both or Neither?](What Are the Differences Between the SAT and ACT Exams)

Personal Opinion: Assuming your ACT score does not improve, go with whichever goes in accordance with your major. Meaning, if you are interested in liberal arts, go with whichever shows off a higher reading or writing section. etc.

Also, I’ll read and reply to your satire essay tomorrow (or…later today…if you want to be technical) I’m a bit tired atm so I wouldn’t be able to read it correctly anyways =)
