SAT or SAT IIs?

Hi, I am an italian moroccan student in the 12th grade, and I am planing to apply to an undergraduate program in Engineering.
So, am I supposed to pass regular SAT? Or SAT IIs? And wich subject are more required for engineering?

Thank you for help,

For elite schools, you will need both, SAT Reasoning as well as two SAT IIs. Safe bets for SAT II, if you are applying for engineering, are Math II and Physics. For rest of the schools you will probably be able to get by with just the SAT Reasoning. As an international student you will also have to take the TOEFL.

Only a few of the most elite schools require the SAT II Subject Tests. You can find the requirements for all of the common app schools here.

My suggestion is to concentrate first on doing as well as you can on the regular SAT, since almost all US colleges require the SAT (or the ACT).

If you are considering applying to one of the elite schools that do required the SAT Subject Tests, most of them require 2 subjects, I agree with the above post that the best choices for engineering are Physics and Math Level 2.
