I took the SAT once already and got 730 CR, 660 Math and 660 Writing. I'm probably going to apply to colleges that don't require subject tests and am wondering if its better to retake regular SAT and hopefully get a better mark, or take subject tests. Which looks/is better?

Depends on where you are going to apply. Those a re very good scores for most schools. What year are you in school? If you are not a senior, you can take Subject Matter tests after your AP exam, if you are taking AP. If you are a senior, time is an issue. Make sure you find out for sure whether any of your schols require the Subject Matter tests.
