Does anyone know the SAT percentiles - in other words - if you scored, say, a 2100, what percentile is that? How many students scored below, how many above? How do you know what is a "good" score.

Not available yet for any of the new SAT tests. College Board is holding off on giving a percentile ranking for the writing section, and thus for the new test as a whole, until November 1 of this year when it will issue percentile rankings with the caveat that such rankings are "estimates" and that it will not have final percentile rankings until after the class of 2006 graduates. It is issuing the estimates in November so colleges will have something before most make admission decisions. You should note that your results for the other two sections of the test come with percentile rankings as College Board considers those equivalent to the old test and not needing a full year's experience and you can make a fairly good guess as to where you stand by comparing those two scores to a college's previous middle 50% SAT scores.
