SAT Physics and Math Level 2 books

Does anyone know if the specific formulas (take for example speed of wave on a string) on the test?

or PR for physics. :-P

does it matter how many times you take a particular subject test? Thanks.

This is what I used

Physics- Sparknotes

Math IIC- PR and Barrons

800 on both. Get these books.

Basically, are Barrons, PR, and Sparknotes doable with both Math IIc and PR? There seems to be a consensus that they are all pretty good...

ragingmen,

They give you no formulas at all on the test. You need to memorize them.

Barrons looks good for the math. My friend got 730 on his physics test using Kaplan. He's a really smart dude and i wonder if Kaplan isn't the way to go since he maxed out at 730

i'm using barrons for math IIC and i'm aiming for a 750++ on the Math IIC, so approximately what should my raw score on the Barron's practice test be?

thnks

How much easier than the real test is the Kaplan Physics SATII pre-test? I got a 760 on it before doing any studying, and I feel like I don't know much physics. What would that approximately be equal to on the real thing?

b u m p-age.

kaplan's physics sat 2 lacks a lot, it just gives u the bare minimum of info and the tests weren't realistic at all, i was scoring 750+ on their tests, test day physics = 660..

as for math iic, if u read PR ur set, its exactly the right amount of info, but if u want more practice, i suggest using RUSH (amazon) 15 practice tests; i used his older version of 10 tests with PR = 800.

Oh well I already ordered PR Physicss and Barron's Math. I hope I made the right decicions because I'm a broke person and priority international shipping isn't healthy for my wallet.
