Sat Physics help

I need help to know if it's possible to learn all the material for the physics subject test by October. I am an upcoming senior and want to apply to a lot of engineering schools. What worries me is that most engineering schools require one math subject test AND one science. Math 2 is no problem. However the science has put me on a dilemma. I took honors physics freshman year so I do remember some stuff about physics and I'm taking AP Physics C this year. But would my prior knowledge plus a prep book studying for 2-3 months be enough to know the material for above a 700?

You should be fine. A lot of the test is just about knowing your formulas. There’s a lot of them to learn, especially if you only have one year of physics, but it’s manageable when you have this much time. I suggest giving special attention to topics like optics and thermodynamics, which aren’t usually covered in the first year of physics. Good luck!

I took it this past June. Started studying right after I finished AP Testing. I had one year of physics in freshman year, albeit I really enjoyed it and ended the year with nearly a 100. I got a 790 on the SAT Physics test. So it’s definitely doable.

I self-studied the physics subject test over the summer after only taking 1 semester of physics, and I managed to get an 800, so it’s definitely doable. I learned the material from the Barron’s and PR review books. I would recommend the PR practice tests over the Barron’s ones, since they’re closer to the real thing. Good luck!

Thank you I just bought the princeton review book hopefully all goes well

Hello I have been using exactly those however want to leave some more close to the date, do you recommend any more resources ?
