Is it tough to take the SAT physics test after completing a honors physics class? I am currently self-studying waves, optics, modern physics from PR to cover the missed parts. I am aiming a 700+ in Oct/Nov. Thanks in advance for any suggestion/comments.

I took AP Physics B and took the SAT Physics exam in May. Along with using the PR Physics B book to study for the AP exam, I used the Sparknotes Guide:

to study for the Subject Test. As long as you don’t forget a lot over the summer and you are scoring pretty high on practice tests, you should do fine. Make sure you understand every problem you got wrong after you take a practice test.
