I’ve never taken any PSAT/SAT/ACTs before and I want to attend a mid/top-tier US college/university. I am following an 8-week SAT Plan but it’s kind of backfiring at the moment due to my very hectic schedule, and my kind-of poor time management mixed in with my tendency to procrastinate.
I thought that I did fairly well in grammar errors (as we did touch on that topic this year) but apparently, on the practice quiz I received a 7/15. Also, on the reading comprehension, and the Problem Solving section for the Math, I was greeted once again with low scores. A 2/10 in the Math and I don’t recall what grade on the reading.
All in all, I’m quite concerned with my performance right now and I really do want to achieve a good score in the SAT to match with my high GPA. If I don’t get my desired score, I won’t be able to retake the SAT as I want to take the SAT Subject Tests in October. Or will schools accept test scores from the November date? I’m thinking of taking the September ACT if my SAT score is so great but then I’d have to be studying for the ACT and 2-3 subject tests. Any suggestions?
