SAT Practice Test scoring conversion table vs the real one

I'm about to take my SAT practice test and found this conversion table online from College Board
<a href="https://satonlinecourse.collegeboard.org/SR/digital_assets/pdfs/eri/scoring_2012-2013.pdf%5B/url%5D">https://satonlinecourse.collegeboard.org/SR/digital_assets/pdfs/eri/scoring_2012-2013.pdf</a>
My question is, is this the same one that CB uses this year to score the SAT? or does it apply just to the practice test?
The curve for Math seems a little harsh in comparison to the one that corresponds to the first practice test in the blue book second edition. In the BB, 54 and 53 give you 800 while with this one, 53 gives you 790 D:
Does the scoring change every year?

The scale is different for each test. On average, 53 is a score of 780, using the past few years of released tests, so your practice test is actually slightly less harsh than usual. These days, -1 = 800 is pretty unusual for the math section.

Yeah I know it changes every year, but the one I posted is for the official practice test this year, 2012-2013…so does that mean it’s also the one ETS uses on the real SAT this year?
