^^Congrats on your great score! I have a question for you: How long did you study for the test (from the collegeboard book)? a month before the test?...thanks

umm I took SAT classes over the summer and, luckily, a couple weeks before the test our school had a week vacation. I studied during that week and also a week before the test.

I basically only studied by taking the 8 practice tests and analyzing my mistakes.

How do you guys know your score from the Official Study Guide? It only provided score ranges. I used the official study guide and Rocket Review, and scored a 2330. Rocket Review has great strategies and tips while the Official guide gives you great practice.

McGraw-Hill worked for me, since i was pressed for time, i skipped all the concept reviews and went straight to the lesson / sat practice problems. i got an 1830...compared to my PSAT score (this year) of 1400, so a 400 point jump is pretty good.

I used Maximum SAT and the CB book. My mom bought me just about every book made (Kaplan, PR, Barrons, PR 11 practice tests...) and I like Maximum best. It assigns problems and tests from the CB book based on what you just learned. I went up about 300 points from my PSAT without too much work...I just did assignments and practice tests according to the book.

Did any of you read the stuff in the beginning of the CB book? I just used it for the tests.

How about good SAT II Math IIc books? I need to take it in June or October.
