Sat prep please help!

I am going to take sat on march and i want score above 1800, on last sat i recieved 1500. I did practice test in barrons yesterday and recieved 1400s. Please give me ADVICE. I have princeton review, barron's sat and 2400, and kaplan. My weakest spot in sat is writting and reding

I suggest you work on writing first. CR is one of the hardest sections. I too have around a 1600-1800 and want to score at least a 2000 on the upcoming SAT. Since you have a lot of time before March, you can definetally do it! Just study the barrons book, take practice tests as much as you can and you’ll start to see improvement. Also don’t study a big list of words, i recommend buying Direct hits or PR’s Hit parade for vocab. Also if you don’t have the BB, I HUGELY recommend buying it. Good luck! =]

Thank you so much

Hey! Do you know which book from above is better for writting and reading

Writing = Rocket Review
Reading = Grammatix

The Barron’s writing workbook is actually pretty good. For reading, I feel like you just have to practice a lot. Definitely get the blue book and try taking a practice SAT every Saturday until your actual SAT. Also, some of Kaplan’s tests are pretty bad, so I’d warn against using those.

Okay, Rocket review is crazy expensive. How about some more reasonable books? LOL
