SAT Prep Revolution vs. Powerscore which to choose

I just recieve news from my school they are offering SAT prep revolution for the summer and cost $500, however I planned to take the one Powerscore cost $600. I dont know which to choose. Throughout the forums I feel more reliance on Powerscore but the location is far. So I need you guy's perspective on both prep courses if you had taken any. Don't suggest like PR or kaplan, they are too pricy.

PR is very good though
same with kaplan

spend the big cheez

Thats the same story of what everyone says about them, i need results

Save your money for interesting books and magazines that you like to read for fun. (Or get those for free from the public library, and seriously save money.)

That's better preparation for college, anyway.

POWERSCORE SUCKS. I signed up for it, and did prep on my own... and my score went DOWN 150 points (reversing the guarantee). Unless you're around the 500 range, then I wouldn't suggest powerscore because they seriously teach you what a noun and triangle are. It's basic... prep on your own. It takes dicipline but it yields the best results

I dont know cupcake...It seems Powerscore does a pretty good job, since their are many comments from previous students in PS.

tokenadult : I know that i should save and study myself and I tried that during my end sophmore year and I ended up sleeping on my book. So I really need some sort of a person that can lecture. I clearly dont have the motivation to self study, otherwise I would procrastinate like hell.
