^ Probably the best book and it's only 14 bucks.

i used a big red book called "real SATs" or something. it had 8 practice tests from college board, so they are actual SAT tests. princeton review books with practice tests, and otehrs like that, arent real.

go on amazon.com. You can get the official SAT study guide (the exact same one that fweb1125 recommended) for like 7 dollars. Also, search for ten real SAT's by collegeboard on Amazon.com. That website will have both books and probably for the cheapest price you can get from online.
good luck.

is the "Official SAT guide" for the NEW SAT ?

^ Yes it is. I also highly recommend it because the questions are very true to the real thing. The only issue I had with it is that it didn't convert raw scores to real scores, only ranges, like for example 610-680. So it's hard to determine how you're doing

watch all free videos

The Blue Book is definitely a must, but not by itself. There are no answer explanations! I would get 11 Practice Tests for the SAT (I just got the 2007 edition) and it explains all the answers, which for me at least is really important. Otherwise I'd be beating my head against the wall half the time.
