I just finished my SAT II's,
so now im free to concentrate on the SAT I. I think ill be taking it in March. K, so what is the best way going about the SAT. Im strong on my math section, but weak on writing and CR.
Here are a few questions:
- How should i prep for vocab? Any suggested books that may help, or websites??
- How did you prepare for the passages? Did you read articles, or just practice, practice, practice?
- The Essay. How to practice for this? I'm thinking of memorizing 15-20 quotes in broad areas, as well as 10-15 examples on famous people/books. Also to write out a structure that I will write for the essay. Is there a specific book that focuses just on essays, or helps on essays?

What are the prep books that HELP. I have the official CB guide, and Barrons. Is the barrons 2400 good?? What other books are out there?? Also are there any good websites on the SAT?
O and is word smart beneficial?

Take it all with a grain of salt. What will work best for you might not work for somebody else. The people that did well you hear few complaints from. The ones that don't probably have all these conflicting techniques and memorized methods that come to a clash on the day of the test and all the time is wasted choosing the best technique and not the best answer. Relax and be confident in your abilities. All the right answers are there, it's up to you to pick the right one. Do become familiar with the test and work on your timing.

thx jadoube.
I feel that i shouldnt waste to much time picking a technique.
Im hoping that I can decide how i want to prep and follow it strictly.

Do you advise any books other than the blue book?
I've heard rocketreview is good, any others?
