<li>Take practice exams, pinpoint usual errors and weaknesses, study specifically, study vocabulary. This last one is commonly overlooked, but it really helps.</li>
<li>As long as you need to get the score you want, but to be less wishy washy I would say between 3 months (a summer) to a year, if needed.</li>
