I'm going to be a junior in Fall and am planning to take the SAT for the first time in October. I'm currently taking a Princeton Review Course on weekends until September. I have the Blue Book and 2 Princeton SAT Books. What's the best way to review? How long should I be studying per day? I am also going to take the PSAT so how should I prepare for that? Would preparing for the SAT be enough? And after that, some more review? Thanks in advance.

I also have looked at silverturtle’s guide, only reached the Math part though. I’m aiming for a 2300+ for my highest SAT score and I want to try and get as close to that as possible the first time.

As I describe in my guide, preparing for the PSAT is essentially the same as preparing for the SAT except that you should try out at least one PSAT practice exam to get used to that test’s specific format. As I also explain, your preparation should not be based on how long you spend but on how much you feel that you are accomplishing. You should take practice tests at whatever frequency you are comfortable with and make sure that you understand what you are missing and why.

In the guide I also recommend against using non-Blue Book practice tests (in most cases, at least) or taking preparatory courses.
