Last year I took the SAT as a sophomore and I scored a 2020 - a 670 in math, 670 in reading, and 680 in writing (9 on the essay)

This year, I am going to take the SAT again in June, and I was wondering, at this point in the year, what would be the best way to prepare? I really want to get my math scores up.

is it possible to improve and get a 2200 or above?
what are some of the best preparation books out there? I've worked in the blue book a bit, should that really be my number one resource? would getting a tutor be helpful?
for you 2400's, how much time did you dedicate to studying for the SAT's (if at all)?
