Okay here's what I'm thinking about doing in terms of the Math section of the SAT. Over the next few months I'm going to study Cliff Notes Geometry, Algebra 2, Algebra 1, and Basic Pre-Algebra books. I'm going to study each book until I know how to do everything in it. Do you think this would be all I should have to know in order to get a good score (750-800) on the Math section of the SAT?? Thanks!

Hmmmm, I would actually recommend you get the SAT prep book and just do practice tests b/c about 80% of doing well on the math section is knowing the format and the types of questions asked of you rather than knowing actual information and concepts, b/c they [college board/PR] say that the concepts on the math section aren't difficult, it's the way they're presented that makes them difficult.

just get books for the math section on the SAT. Being familiar with the types of questions that are on it will help better than slavishly studying all the topics that are on it.
