So I was deferred EA, and emailed my admissions counselor saying that I would be taking the SAT again to increase my chances of admissions. However, I scored worse. I automatically sent my scores to Fordham without seeing them so I can’t go back now. I did have a much higher gpa this semester and that was sent… anyone think this will negatively impact me? Super scared.
GPA is probably more important than scores and the fact that you emailed the counselor is demonstrating interest, so I don’t think it’s that bad. I know the waiting game is stressful but I’m sure that your increased GPA will be valuable and that they will just look at your highest test score.
