SAT Question and Answer Service?

I took the SAT in October and ordered the Question and Answer Service. Collegeboard said it’ll ship a physical booklet of the questions and my answers. https://sat.collegeboard.org/scores/verify-sat-scores
I have yet to receive one. Is it suppose to take this long?

I am on the phone with College Board as I type this (on hold). No one I know that ordered the service has received it yet and we all ordered it before the October test date.

My D received her questions/answers for the Oct. SAT a couple of days ago. We are in Virginia.

I hope NJ is next!

CB said all they could do is resend…it will arrive in 2-3 weeks. The worst customer service…ever.

Thanks everyone, got mine 2 days before my Dec registration.

I still haven’t got mine and it’s past 8 weeks. I called for a refund, they forwarded my case to the some other people and said they’ll respond in 5-7 business days ._.

We still did not receive it. I will call for a refund as well on Monday but I know that will require multiple follow up calls!

My Question and Answer service arrived 4 or 5 days past the 8 weeks maximum. I called about 4 times requesting a refund and every single time they said they cannot issue a refund simply because they can’t. No logical reason.

We also received a few days after the December test. I decided not to bother calling them as I would just get aggravated!
