Ok… I am taking the upcoming SAt and I have a few questions

Do I have to put certain colleges down to send scores too…or can I wait till I receive the scores to decide if I want that college to see the score??

Lets say I take the SAT in April and I take it in October… can I only send the October one… or will the April one be automatically sent??

IF I do decide to put certain colleges down which schools should I put down…ie safeties… matches…reaches…

You don't have to. You can wait until later, but I think you have to pay if you do it later.

When you apply, the colleges will see your two SAT scores anyways, but they only count the highest one.

Which ever your heart desires. I think they give you 4 free spots. Any more than 4 schools and you have to pay. Choose your four favorite schools.

Or you could just leave it all blank and forget about it.

If you're also taking the ACT, and you feel you might do better on the ACT, then think about NOT sending your SAT scores until you've gotten the results. Then send whichever test results put you in a better light. If you're only taking the SAT, or some of the schools you're applying to require SAT IIs, then go ahead and send the free scores...those schools will see your scores anyway.
