<p>Does tulane consider SAT writing in its admissions decisions ? Or only the Math/reading section </p>
<p>Officially they still use it. How much they weight it (or discount it) I don’t know, if they adjust at all.</p>
<p>ugh okay im really worried my SAT W 560 (10 essay) will kill me, i have 670 R and 710 math but i am just terrible at the W multiple choice</p>
<p>I am only speaking generally, I have no idea about what Tulane is doing specifically. But in anticipation of the reversion to the 1600 format, a lot of schools have already stopped really looking at the written portion, even if they didn’t make any official changes. 670 710 is pretty strong. If your GPA is good, and the rest of your resume is also good, I wouldn’t worry too much about the writing portion.</p>
