Sat Question

I know i asked this question before but i got contradictory answers, and so i was wondering if anyone could tell me for sure.
I've taken old SAT once and the new one twice and i want to take it once more. I'm going to apply to UC's and some med schools. So for these types of schools would it look bad if i took the SAT so many times?

If you take it so many times, your scores shouldn't improve that much. But I figure they would kinda be disappointed that it took you many tries to get a score you were happy with.

wait so i am taking it too many times?

The answer is that nobody really knows. Unless you feel you will improve considerably on your next retake, don't take it.

I don't think there is such thing as "too many times" except in the way that you might see diminishing returns from additional testing.
