<p>so because of technical difficulties i missed the deadline to register for the october SAT's and i have never taken them. i've alreayd signed up for the November 5th ones, but i was going to apply ED to NYU and the ED is due 11/1 and the test is on the 5th.</p>

<p>I believe there is a "stand-by" option where you go to the testing center and hope someone doesn't show up so you can take their place. Check the College Board website for more information. I believe there is also an additional fee involved, and your scores may be delayed.</p>
