For the following schools for sophomore transfers, what would be a good SAT range for acceptance?

Also, does anyone know if a ton of AP scores(6 5's, 7 4's, 1 3) can make up for a relatively mediocre SAT(1420 M +V) and SAT II's(730, 700, 660)?

Berkeley
Upenn
Georgetown
Middlebury
University of Chicago
JHU

Ill be able to apply to berk because ill have 60 semester hours with my college courses and AP credits. Im positive they will look at my high school transcript, SAT scores, and AP scores so that is why im asking.

well im also applying to UCB and UCLA, and yes, out of 60 semester units i have, 29 of them are from AP credit.

but still, im not sending in my AP scores, SAT scores, and my high school transcript. They do not require it.

I dunno about private universities though. I know that USC actually do look at high school transcript, so im sure your choice of private schools do look at them.

But I'm 100% positive that UC Berkeley WON'T look at your SAT or high school record.

well without that, I don't know what they could really look at. Ill only have about 30 hours of grades from my university and EC's. I guess this means they probably wont accept a sophomore transfer at all?

And in addition, do you know when the exact deadline is for Berkeley?

Noticed how I said relatively? And yes for the schools im looking at its pretty mediocre to even low end(with the exception of Berkeley). But even at Berk I will be an OOS applicant so I will need better scores.

Your SATs are NOT mediocre, with the possible exception of the 660 SATII. JHU is SAT optional for transfers, FYI, so you can decide to leave them off, if you like. IMO, the college GPA will be the most important item to "offset" any SAT score deficiencies. Take a strong schedule in your first term and do well.

jmmom, what about the high school transcript? How much will that come into play? My rank wasnt that good, mainly because of a bad performance freshman and sophomore years of high school, but my junior and senior years are stronger - 3.7 UW, 3.85 W with 10 AP classes.
