yea...no doubt it is commerce

It's definitely "man of commerce," not "man of profession," and here's why:
I can see how you could think that Forten was a "man of profession," as in he was dedicated to his job, but the word "trade" is only used to mean skilled labor, such as a craftsman or blacksmith, not working as a businessman.
Since Forten was obviously devoted to business, or commerce, I think "man of commerce" would be the best choice.

ok...that settles it..lets go to some other problems...
i cant help but to bring up that year of inauguration grid in

Pandora:
No fair. I got 3 wrong and got 770. 1 question = 30 points...

wheres irishboy? some1 tell him the good news! i mean bad news ;D

well...math also is one question for 30 points............i hate SAT...

**** the sat its gay

tripNip: Ouch that sucks, I'm sorry. That's more brutal than the math curve then.

Math: 1 wrong = 790, 2 wrong = 770.

Greenbay, you just expressed the sentiments of every SAT test taker.

the SAT curves are gay.

ya...........but some people seem to always get 2400 or close (like 2390) on the first time....well talents are all different kinds

Inauguration was 1983. I was so stupid I spent like 2 minutes on that one trying to go all the way back. So I did two terms 2001, two terms 2000, two terms 1999, until the end when I got to 1983. Very stupid of me but I didn't know how to do it.

What did you guys get for the math problem that said like there was 6 intersecting angles and one of them is 120 degrees? I don't remember my answer or the question but I dont' think I got that one right.

they would be fine if they werent 5 hours lol

haha SUE COLLEGE BOARD!!

just use plug and clug.

hahaha ..virt...that was how i did it
but anyway...i just want to make sure i dont make any stupid mistake on math this time anymore, cause that was the last SAT for me...
i dont recall any question with 120 degree angle..but i do remember one like how many lines can be drawn from 4 points or something like that

4 points one = 6?
