SAT registration for October not working?

<p>That's exactly what I got from collegeboard when I tried registering for October. Once I got to the part for "test center" that message appeared. Is this true with everyone else?</p>

<p>I registered for the subject tests a couple days ago and I had some problems, but I kept trying and eventually finished and got my addmission ticket.</p>
