<p>I registered for the May SAT last Monday. Collegeboard had my first name listed as “Josh” because I guess thats what I put down for the PSAT last fall. I didn’t think anything of it until after I registered, but the actual name listed on my birth certificate is “Joshua.”</p>

<li><p>Is this a big deal? When it comes time for college aps will this end up being an problem?</p></li>
<li><p>If so, how, if at all, can I have it changed even though I’ve already registered for the test.</p></li>

<p>contact collegeboard and explain the situation, they will be able to change it for you although you might need to fax them documentation verifying your identity and real name.</p>
