Hello!

I am an applicant for admission into the Class of 2015 at Harvard College.

Due to recent snow in the south-eastern United States, my school system has cancelled classes for five consecutive days. One of the makeup days is scheduled for January 22, the same date the January administration of the SAT was scheduled. College Board has rescheduled the SAT for February 5.

I have not yet submitted official scores to Harvard, as I am re-taking two Subject Tests on February 5. I know that Harvard states that the last day to take tests is January 22, but this situation is beyond my control.

Will my scores reach Harvard in time for consideration, as I am technically still taking the January administration? Should I contact the admissions office and notify them of my situation?

Thanks!
