DD took the SAT on 5 Nov. I just checked the College Board site and noticed that scores were sent on Wed, 23 Nov. The 5 Nov scores don’t appear to be out yet and I’m wondering if they inadvertently sent out her Apr scores again. Anyone else have their scores sent out before they knew what they were? My understanding is the scores will not be available till Tues, 29 Nov.
Of course I tried to contact College Board, but nobody ever answers the phone there.
Could they be the scores from the School Day SAT? Those came out on 11/22. Ours show they were sent on 11/23.
I assume they were. However, I hope they will send the Nov scores also and not try to charge us to send the scores when they are posted next week. That’s what has me concerned.
If your DD identified colleges in her test registration to automatically receive scores upon release, then there is actually some chance that the scores were sent on Nov 23. That is because CB often sends such scores to such colleges one to two two business days before they are released to the test-takers on line. Due to the Thanksgiving weekend, that two business days before release online could be Nov 23, and thus it is possible your DD’s scores have already been sent to colleges.
