<p>Sure you can, but before you do check what the requirements are for transfer admissions to the school you are interested in. Transfer admits are different than freshman admits, and many schools dont look at SAT scores for transfer admits. </p>
<p>You wont have to start all over. Transfers typically get most of the credits but may have to retake some similiar classes at their new college. GL.</p>
