SAT & SAT II Question + Chances

Hello, everyone. I've got an SAT/SAT II question and then I was hoping you guys/gals could take a look at my chances.

I've taken the SAT I once & scored a 2100 (680 CR, 650 M = 1330).

I was planning on taking the SAT II Math II & US History in November, however I've been reading a lot lately about how Chicago doesn't look at SAT IIs much. I know their site says they look at them, but my question is, if it would be easier for me to improve on the SAT I CR & M scores, should I take the SAT I again instead of taking the SAT IIs for Chicago?

Chicago is my first choice school. I will be applying EA and if accepted, I will enroll immediately. I want to take the SAT test(s) that will be most helpful to me in Chicago admissions. SAT I would be most convenient.

As far as chances go (Early Action);

White
Public school, low rank in the top 100 in the state, sends 10+ to Ivies & top tier schools every year
GPA Unweighted: 3.6
GPA Weighted: 4.1/5.something (highest is around 4.8, I believe - could be completely wrong though)
Top 20% (missed 10% just barely)
Strong (straight A) Freshman & Junior Years, Poor Sophomore
ECs: Key Club (volunteer) (yeah, I know, empty list)
I have two very strong teacher recommendations and I believe my guidance counselor will be writing a very strong recommendation as well.
A sibling of mine attended Chicago some years ago.
I've always been a strong writer (according to friends, teachers) so I hope my essays will be the key factor in my admission decision.
SAT: 2100 (1330/1600 CR+M)
APs: Comp.Sci AB, Psych., Calc. AB, Biology, Lit.&Comp.
Not applying for fin.aid.

Thanks very much!

Chicago likes a CR+M >1400, so that may be where your time is best spent. On the other hand, if other schools to which you are applying want SAT-II scores, take those in December for RD applications, because Chicago won't use them in EA. If you are deferred EA, the admissions folks welcome additional info/updates and SAT-II scores might be useful -- but talk to your regional rep to see if that's the case.

Thanks very much, CountingDown. I think that's exactly what I've decided to do.
