SAT + SAT IIs or ACT + SAT?

I have a thread pretty similar to this one already, but it's in a specific college section. I thought that I'd bring the question here so that I could get a broader view on what to do.

I just got my scores back from the October SAT test.

Lit: 690
Math II: 670

Horrid Math score; all right Lit score. Since I'm applying ED and it's due tomorrow, I'm stuck between a few options:

1) Apply with my SAT (retaking 11/6; currently 2060) + SAT IIs (above)
2) Apply with ACT only (31)
3) Apply with ACT and include SAT date on Commonapp so that my Nov. scores come alongside my ACT scores, effectively replacing my SAT IIs with my [not much better] ACT.

Views? Thanks in advance guys.

Bump. (Sorry for such a quick bump; as the ED deadline is tomorrow, I need quick answers.)

Hm, this ones a hard one

Isn’t it required to apply ACT + SAT II’s?

I would take the first option

I checked and now see you are talking abut UPenn. Best advice, send all scores you have now. Upenn’s rules:

It will use for admission either SAT plus two SAT IIs OR ACT. If you send both of those possiblitlities it will rely on what it believes is better for you (your ACT OR your SAT plus two SAT IIs). Though it accepts Nov scores, and those should be sent blind with Upenn as one of your free sends, it does not guarantee Nov scores will arrive in time for consideration. Safer and better course now is send all scores you already have and also designate Upenn to automatically receive Nov scores.

Nah, it’s usually SAT + SAT IIs. Thanks for the input though.

All right, I guess I’ll do that; thanks for the advice. Should I sent all my SAT IIs as well (this was the second time, unfortunately), or just the best of the [still dismal] batch?
