SAT Score Cancellation Status

I signed up for 3 SAT Subject Tests, but decided to only take 2 on October 3rd. Today (October 9th), when I go to sat.collegeboard.org, my status changed from showing the 3 SAT Subject Tests I signed up for to only the 2 that I took on test day. The status also says “Complete.” I sent an SAT score cancellation form, but they know which 2 tests I took and the status says complete. Does this mean that they never received my cancellation form? I have not gotten an email or anything about my score cancellation. I mailed my form out on October 5th, the Monday after the test.

Should I contact College Board about this?
