Hey guys

I'm an international student applying for CU B.Arch 2014.
My SAT score is really bad. (1460; CR 420 M 610 W 430)
I just sent my home test yesterday and then suddenly realize no matter how good my home test is, if they see my SAT score would they say NO or not?!!?
ppl say they look at home test more than SAT but 1460 is too low so I'm confused and screwed now...

Just want to know if anyone had really low SAT score (like me) and ever got accepted into Coop
What is the lowest score they would accept?

THX

Additional Info:
I'm studying IB certificate and take Visual Arts as HL

Hi,
This might already be too late but oh well. I’m a fourth year architecture student at Cooper Union, and can tell you that during my time here i’ve seen students with 2400’s and 4.0’s as well as 1400’s and 2.0’s study here. SAT scores do tend to matter, but no matter how bad your grades and other credentials are - if you send in a great home-test then you do get admitted.
Good luck //

@trakwrecka hey what do you think the chance is that Cooper Union will ever bring back free tuition? lol i wish

@trakwrecka Thank you. I got rejected for fall 2014 but i plan to apply again for fall 2015 as a transfer student.
Can u give me some suggestion.
Does applying as a transfer student have more chance than applying as a first year student?
Which is more competitive?
and What are they looking for in a portfolio for transfer architecture student? What should be there?

Is it possible if I will apply as a transfer student but join in 1st year cuz i think i cant get any credit from the course ive learned so far(im studying in asian university and the course is not in English) or should i just apply as a first year student itself?

Thank you.
