SAT score or ACT score?

Hey guys!
I got my ACT scores back today. I just have one problem: I have no idea if I should submit my ACT, or my SAT.

ACT: 31
(English: 35 ; Math: 29 ; Reading: 34 ; Science: 27 ; Combined English/Writing: 34, with an 11 on the essay)

SAT (superscore): 2140
(CR: 710 ; M: 630 ; W: 800, 12 on essay)

I know that they are basically the same, but which is better? I am also submitting SAT IIs (800 Spanish, 770 US History, 680 World History, 610 Math I), even if I submit my ACT (I'm not sure if I should submit my Math I SAT II, though).

If it helps, here are the colleges I'm applying to! I know that the scores may seem low for some of them, but I am a Hispanic student at the top 10% of my class with a 96 average (with stellar extracurricular activities, all honors classes and APs, awards, participation in college classes, great recommendations, and a good essay), so hopefully everything works out!
