<p>If it says no later than december, does that mean the deadline is december 1st or december 31st? it's really not very specific as to what "no later than december" means.</p>

<p>It means that the last opportunity you’ll have to take the SAT will be in the December administration. I imagine for sending score reports, it would be fine if you do it anytime in december (Assuming you’re applying RD)</p>
