What will happend if SAT score reports or rec. letter get to school before my application gets there?

Actually, I have two more questions:)
If I send additional SAT reports today, will colleges accept them? (deadline: Jan.1 and Jan. 10) I just totally forgot about them...:( DO I need to rush them? I'm applying to 10 colleges, and....I don't even wanna think about the cost.....</p>
<p>Also, I took SAT 3 times and my scores are..
480V 690M(last year)
620V 700M(this oct)
590V 720M(this dec)
and I sent my scores to several colleges on Oct.
Should I send my dec score again?
Since I'm an Asian and non-native English speaker,
I thought high verbal score might be evaluated higher than high math score.
(applying to engineering school, though)</p>
