I don’t think the OP is asking if they need to send all scores. I think they are asking if they need to send any scores.

Most top colleges have traditionally required test scores. Last year many went test optional or test blind because of COVID. I don’t know if there is a list anywhere that is compiling announcements that schools have made for next year. Your best bet is to check the admissions website for each college you are interested in to see if they have decided what they are requiring for next year.
